MYGIMON LLC ("we", "us") operates the SwiftNet VPN – Secure Proxy application ("the App"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

No-logs commitment

We do not log, store, or monitor your browsing activity, the websites you visit, the content you access, your DNS queries, or your real IP address while connected. We do not sell or share any personal browsing data with third parties.

What the App accesses

• VPN connection: The App establishes a VPN tunnel on your device to route traffic securely. Traffic is encrypted via the Shadowsocks protocol between your device and our servers.
• Server selection: Your chosen server location is stored locally on your device only.
• Advertising: The App displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can review and control ad personalization in your device settings.

Information we do NOT collect

• We do not require an account, email, or login.
• We do not collect your name, address, or phone number.
• We do not record your browsing history or traffic content.

Third-party services

The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. AdMob's data practices are governed by Google. For more information, see How Google uses data.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
